Compressed air, electrical panels, HVAC plant, site geometry — measured with instruments and handed over as a signed report you can put in front of an insurer or a contractor. Routes that suit a machine are walked by the robot; the rest are walked by a trained operator with the same instruments, and the report is the same either way. Single audits are fixed-price and listed below.

If you own the asset, not the shift

The rounds are run for the people who keep the site running. The report is written so it also answers the owner’s question: what changed on my asset this month, and what did it cost me to leave it that way. Every finding carries a location, a photograph and a number, so it still means something when it is forwarded to someone who was never on site.

A 128-channel acoustic imaging array locates every compressed-air leak and costs it in AED per year, and listens to every switchboard for partial discharge before it turns into heat. One visit, one instrument, one report — which is why it costs less than booking the two separately.

Prices in AED, exclude 5% VAT, cover a single facility within Dubai; other emirates on request. Services that share an instrument and a visit are cheaper combined — ask and we will tell you which of yours overlap. Recurring rounds start at AED 6,900 per month for the same route repeated monthly, so readings stay comparable. Scheduled night rounds start at AED 3,500 per month.
