Runs on a Deep Robotics quadruped — X30 Pro or Lynx M20, both carrying the full sensing pack — thermal PTZ, acoustic, gas, RTK. Authorised Deep Robotics distributor in the UAE.
Compressed air, electrical panels, HVAC plant, site geometry — measured with instruments and handed over as a signed report you can put in front of an insurer or a contractor. Routes that suit a machine are walked by the robot; the rest are walked by a trained operator with the same instruments, and the report is the same either way. Single audits are fixed-price and listed below.

For asset owners
The rounds are run for the people who keep the site running. The report is written so it also answers the owner’s question: what changed on my asset this month, and what did it cost me to leave it that way. Every finding carries a location, a photograph and a number, so it still means something when it is forwarded to someone who was never on site.
What it costs
Air-Leak Audit (AED 9,500) + Partial Discharge Survey (AED 12,500), performed in the same walk. A 128-channel acoustic imaging array locates every compressed-air leak and costs it in AED per year, and listens to every switchboard for partial discharge before it turns into heat. One visit, one instrument, one report — which is why it costs less than booking the two separately.
AED 18,500 · combined (AED 22,000 separately)
Thermography plus the partial-discharge acoustic survey on the same route: the thermal camera sees heat before it becomes an outage, the acoustic array hears the discharge before it becomes heat. Two ways of catching the same failure, one visit.
AED 15,900 · combined (AED 19,000 separately)
Acoustic imaging finds every leak in your compressed-air system, pinpoints it on your plan and prices the annual loss.
AED 9,500 · per audit, fixed
Acoustic detection of partial discharge in switchgear — the fault that takes a switchboard, and the site, offline.
AED 12,500 · per audit, fixed
Radiometric thermal pre-screening of every switchboard between formal inspections — hotspots photographed, measured and logged on one repeatable route.
AED 6,500 · per survey
Thermal and gas inspection of chillers, cold rooms and HVAC plant — leaks and overheating documented before they become downtime.
AED 4,500 · per visit
Combined gas-leak detection and indoor air-quality measurement, each finding located and logged.
AED 5,500 · per audit
LiDAR scan of your site: progress, volumes and deviation against your drawings. No drone permits needed.
AED 8,900 · one-time scan
Book an inspection Every finding is delivered with the evidence frame it came from — acoustic or thermal image plus a plain photograph, timestamped — and leak costs are calculated from your own tariff, running hours and working pressure, so the figures can be re-run and used in an ISO 50001 energy file. Prices in AED, exclude 5% VAT, cover a single facility within Dubai; other emirates on request. Services that share an instrument and a visit are cheaper combined — ask and we will tell you which of yours overlap. Recurring rounds start at AED 6,900 per month for the same route repeated monthly, so readings stay comparable. Scheduled night rounds start at AED 3,500 per month. What the robot sees
LiDAR SLAM maps your site once, then repeats the exact route. Deviations and obstacles are logged, day or night.
RGB-D cameras photograph checkpoints: gauges, valves, plants, facades. The AI layer compares runs and flags change.
Radiometric panel thermography — thermal pre-screening between formal inspections, walked as a repeatable route. AED 6,500 per survey; Slots are booked in order of enquiry.
Where it fits
Heat, dust and distance make manual rounds expensive and inconsistent. A robot walks the route the same way at 4 a.m. as at 4 p.m., and never skips a checkpoint.
Typical sites: industrial facilities, luxury estates and gardens, construction progress, golf courses and large landscapes. For hazardous zones we scope non-classified areas only and say so plainly.

Why robot rounds
A checklist says “done.” Our report shows what was actually seen: every checkpoint photographed, timestamped and logged — tamper-proof and independently verifiable.
The robot runs on an isolated network — no cloud uplink required. Footage and readings are handed to you and removed from our systems on request. A written data-handling statement comes with every quote.
Permit-to-work, escort, tenant hours, night windows — agreed in the scope before the first walk. A trained operator is on site for every mission.
FAQ
Three layers of sensing. LiDAR SLAM maps the site once and then repeats the exact route, logging deviations and obstacles. RGB-D cameras photograph checkpoints — gauges, valves, plants, facades — and the AI layer compares runs and flags change. Radiometric thermal adds panel thermography as a repeatable route.

AED 6,500 per survey — thermal pre-screening of your switchboards, walked as a repeatable route. Formal insurer-facing certification is issued by accredited inspection bodies; we coordinate that with a partner. Slots are booked in order of enquiry.

We scope non-classified areas only, and we say so plainly rather than discovering the limit on site. Permit-to-work, escort, tenant hours and night windows are agreed in the scope before the first walk.
