Compressed air is the most expensive utility in your plant — and 20–30% of it typically escapes through leaks you can't hear. WOLKER's Air-Leak Audit uses acoustic imaging to find every leak, pinpoint it on your plan, and price what it costs you per year. One visit. One fixed number.

Which document do you actually need
Most leak surveys are written to guide a repair: here is the leak, here is the fitting, go and change it. That is a perfectly good document, and if that is all you need, take the shortest route to it.
Ours is written for the other job — the one where the number has to be accepted by someone outside your maintenance team. Every leak located, sized and costed in AED per year against your tariff and your running hours, and the report hash-sealed when it is issued, so an energy auditor, an insurer or your own finance director can confirm months later that nothing was changed after the walk. We do not sell compressors, dryers or service contracts, so the measurement is the entire product — which is also why it is a paid one.
If your lines have been surveyed before, bring that report along. Walking the same system again and comparing the two is a fair way to see which number holds up.
For asset owners
Compressed air is the most expensive utility on the floor, and the leak producing it is invisible on every report that currently reaches you. We locate each leak, price it at your own tariff, and put the loss and the fix on the same page your maintenance team gets — so nobody has to translate the finding into money on the way up.
What you get
Every leak marked on your facility plan with a photo and an acoustic image — so maintenance walks straight to it, no hunting.
Each leak sized and converted to an estimated AED-per-year loss, so you fix the expensive ones first and see the payback.
AED 9,500 for the visit — no per-leak charges, no surprises. The first audit usually pays for itself many times over in the first year. And if your system turns up clean, that’s worth knowing too.
Scanned while your system runs under normal pressure — that's when leaks are audible. Production keeps moving.
An industrial MEMS acoustic camera hears ultrasonic leaks the human ear can't — the same sensor class used for gas and partial-discharge inspection.
Findings delivered as a signed digital report, hash-sealed via the WOLKIS integrity ledger — an audit trail for your energy and ISO 50001 records. See what is inside the report.
